This project will construct a booster pump room with a daily water supply of 60000 cubic meters, two 4500 cubic meter clean water tanks, and a sodium hypochlorite dosing room. After the completion of the project, it can increase the pressure on the regional pipeline network, increase the transmission and distribution capacity of the water supply network, alleviate the shortage of water during peak periods, and effectively ensure the production and domestic water supply for over 400000 residents in Changzhou Economic Development Zone. To ensure the orderly progress of this project, the project department focuses on quality management at the construction site, while ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
To ensure the quality of the project, the project department has established a quality management team, with a dedicated person responsible for construction quality inspection and verification records. They have also carefully kept construction records and concealed engineering acceptance and certification records, organized and improved various construction technical materials, and ensured that the construction quality meets the requirements. We have established a sound data management system, established dedicated data management personnel, and participated in the entire process of construction data management. Data management personnel must hold certificates to work. Management personnel need to carefully follow the requirements of the project completion acceptance data, timely make construction records, self inspection records, and concealed project acceptance visa records according to the project progress, and classify and organize the self inspection data and engineering quality control data for safekeeping.
The project department attaches great importance to quality management education and regularly conducts engineering quality education and training to improve the technical level of management personnel, in order to adapt to the objective requirements of technological progress such as new equipment and new technologies. The project management personnel provide important instructions to the construction personnel on each construction process, enabling them to understand the construction content, construction objectives, key difficulties, and clarify the requirements for each construction process, quality standards, safety measures, etc., so as to have a clear understanding. We strictly control the quality of materials and conduct sampling tests on the raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products purchased on site. Only after passing the tests can they be used and labeled.
